Hello Kitty

On Saturday we celebrated my twin niece's birthdays.  They are turned 3 yesterday and family was all in town for the 1/2 marathon so we celebrated together.  They both got Hello Kitty sheets from us (my sister asked for this) so instead of cards I made these really cute Hello Kitty tags using punches.  How fun!

Dinosaur Invite

I wanted to make a dinosaur using punches for my son's 2nd birthday party invites. I was so pleased with how this came out. I will be making him a green dinosaur cake with orange spots so they will match. Look at your punches and see what you can do! I used the Introducing stamp set which is one you can choose FREE when you place a $50 order! I will be making him a green dinosaur cake with orange spots so they will match. Look at your punches and see what you can do!

Princesses and Punches

We went to Disney World right before Christmas this year so now I am beginning to scrapbook our trip. I decided to try to use my punches to make some of the characters. Here are my first four princesses. You have Ariel, Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. It truly is amazing what you can do with a few punches!

Large Punch Paperclip

A very quick post today. We made this as a club project this month. If you have club on Friday, this is a spoiler for you. We did use shimmer paint on this but the picture does not pick it up.

Punched Hot Air Balloon

I love to use the new Sweet Centers stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I wanted to use this set without having to use the sweet treat cups. I saw a card made by lbrown on Splitcoaststampers.com and loved it. I used the hot air balloon idea and changed most everything else. I love how it turned out. It can be used for men, women, boys and girls. Add a sentiment and use it for a multitude of other projects. This was one of our club projects earlier on this month.

An Apple for the Teacher

I have loved all the ideas I have seen for punch art. I am so glad there are creative people out there that I can CASE (Copy and Share Everything). However, I did this apple on my own and I am so excited about it! This is using the round tab punch. I punched once on Very Vanilla and once on Real Red. I cut the tops off Real Red and attached it to the Vanilla. The seeds and leaf are from the Heart to Heart punch. For this apple I used the small heart from this punch. The seeds are the heart cut in half and the leaf is the bottom of the heart facing out. I added some texture with the texturz plates for the Big Shot.
