Upsy Daisy Two-Tone Color

This is a two stamp pad technique with the flowers. Stamp your image into a lighter color first and then lightly roll it around in a darker color and stamp. It makes a beautiful card. Then add ribbon and designer series paper and you are set.

Inspired by Nature (Adding a Step)

This picture turned out slightly fuzzy but you can get the main idea. I used the same Inspired By Nature set as yesterday's post but added a step. I stamped the image in the bashful blue and then added close to cocoa with a sponge dauber onto the stamp. I stamped the image over top of the grass and used my aqua painter to blend the two colors together. Add some eyelets on the top and you are done!

I love this stamp set! Who said a beautiful card had to be difficult? I saw this idea on another site and fell in love with it. I changed it some but I love brown and using the two browns together is such a great idea! I think I will go and stamp a few more of these to mail out. (TIP: Stamp 4-8 of the same card at a time and don't add any words. When an occasion comes up you already have the card ready, you just need to add the perfect saying.)

Glossy Upsy Daisy

This is a technique that does not show up well in the picture. It uses Glossy cardstock and you use sponges to rub on color. I then stamped on top with Basic Brown and it is a beautiful card. I love this 5/8" grosgrain ribbon!

Playing with Rub-Ons

I have had the Hidden Garden Rub-ons and have been waiting to play with them. I used the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set and the flower and thank you are the rub-ons. They were so easy to use and I can't wait to play with them some more.

Party Hearty

I love this Party Hearty set. Here is a card design that I saw somewhere else and tweaked it to make this one. I love the glitter to add just a little sparkle.
