Cupid is Coming

I know it has been a while since I posted so I will try to get back on track.  We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's.  We came home from great time with family and started our spring cleaning early.  That included painting my kitchen, dr. appointments and yes, reorganizing/cleaning my stamp room!  I have some great things to share with you so I hope you will keep checking back.

I know Valentine's Day is coming quickly and I wanted to share with you a project I have done.  I am so excited about this because I was original.  I know, that does not happen often.  I used the new spinners from the Occasions Mini Catalog to make an arrow for my heart.  I used the heart from the Got Treats stamp set and then just punched out a heart with Poppy Parade.  I wanted the heart to be larger.

UDI Inspiration Challenge #129: Elegant Monogram

This is a great picture for the UDI inspiration challenge this week.  This is another card class idea.  I love monograms especially when they are black and white.  I guess it is just a classic look.  This card is so simple but makes a big impact.  This would make a great hostess gift for any event.  Be sure to check out what the other UDI team members came up with this week.

Decorative Calendar

Happy New Year's Day!  What better time to share a calendar than the very beginning of a new year.  This is a magnetic calendar that I am offering as a class at the end of January.  It is made using roof flashing, My Digital Studio and the calendar Decor.  I could not get great pictures.  I hope you get the idea.

UDI Inspiration Challenge # 128

Happy New Year's Eve!  I loved the UDI inspiration challenge this week.  I used the Cheers for You stamp set and made a no layer card.  I used my Stazon pad and colored in with my markers.  I added a little paper piercing to the bottom for a little extra something.  I actually made a set of these cards for a great friend of my Mother-In-Law who is always thinking about my children when she is out.  This was her Christmas present.

Homemade Candle

This candle and beautiful packaging was given to me as a gift this Christmas from Valerie who is a club member and now a Creative Escape Artist team member.  She did a beautiful job and I was so touched to receive it.  Thank you so much Valerie.  I love it!

Create a Cupcake Present Card

I made this card for a Founder's Circle product swap recently.  I can't wait to share the creative ideas that i got back.  I decided to make my card like a package and had a removable top to it.  I am really tickled with how it turned out.  I love it when I can get creative.

Sneak Peek: Take a Spin

This is a sneak peek of the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I used the Take a Spin stamp set.  I love it.  This is a swap card I made.  I can't wait to share the cards with you when I get them back.  What you can't really see in the picture is a sparkly background.  I used my spray bottle with my champagne shimmer paint and rubbing alcohol.
