Birthday Tent Topper

This is a great idea to make a creative card. The base card is 9 1/4" X 4 1/4". I added the Top Note Die above the card base to make it a "regular" sized card (5 1/2" x 4 1/4"). I had a scrap piece of card stock cut to the "regular" size and laid the Die on top when I was attaching everything together to make it the correct size. The cupcake is embossed with black embossing powder. Markers were used to color in the base of the cupcake, the candle and the flame. The icing was made by scraping some Rose Red Stampin' Pastel into a container and dissolving it in a little bit of water. Add Crystal Effects to make it the color of your choice and add it to your image. It adds color and gloss to your final project.
