Happy Mother's Day in Rose Red

Today is the last day to get this beautiful Springtime Vintage Designer Series Paper.  This was a card that we made in a class I did earlier this month.  Everyone needs a Mother's Day card, right?

STAMPIN' SCRUB AVAILABLE!!

STAMPIN' SCRUB AVAILABLE

We have replenished our supplies of Stampin' Scrub (item 102642) and Stampin' Scrub Refill Pads (item 101230) and are happy to announce these products are now available for regular orders.

As a result of the material issues, our supplier was unable to provide the same scrubbing pad material. While you may notice a slight difference in the material, the functionality and high-quality standards remain the same. After in-house testing, we approved the material change because we found it to be an excellent alternative.

Simple Thank You

This is a simple thank you.  Again, I got this idea from a fellow demonstrator, Jill Hilliard.  I love the simplicity.

Card Magazine File

Last night I had a wonderful time teaching this class.  I will post a tutorial as soon as I figure out how to do it.  I love how this turned out and I enjoyed spending time with the ladies in attendance.  We used the stamp set, Nature Walk.  This will go away with the Occasions Mini on April 30th.  If you want it make sure you get it now!

Bath time = Fun times

Here is a bath time with daddy scrapbook layout I got to do.  I don't know about you but all my bath pictures are yellow.  I ran with that and chose So Saffron for my base color.  I LOVE how it turned out!  Just priceless.

Four Frames and Paisley Petals

More Four Frames and Paisley Petals.  This was a card we made at my group meeting in March.  It is so simple and just uses punches.  Remember to check my right sidebar for this promotion.  It ends April 30th.  Also don't forget that the Spring Mini Catalog ends on the 30th of this month.  If there is something you can't live without make sure you buy NOW!

Hostess Gifts

These are hostess gifts I gave during my workshops in March.  They went over big and were so easy to make.  I did a set of 4 cards and envelopes.  I used Early Espresso and Very Vanilla.  I got this idea from Rene who found it somewhere in cyberspace.  I will be using these a lot.  Great Christmas gifts, teacher gifts, friend gifts, etc.

Fun Flowers Meets Springtime Vintage

These are the cards I made last month for my top 3 in sales.  I love how they turned out with the Fun Flowers die, Springtime Vintage DSP and Rose Red seam binding.

Some Top Note Chocolate

I LOVE my Big Shot machine and I keep saying that if you don't have one you NEED one.  I find myself hard pressed not to use it on every project somehow.  This is a very simple project that I made for some workshops in March.  It is the Top Note die folded in half over a small Hershey bar and then stepped up with some stamping,

Has Spring Sprung?

I was inspired to make this card when I saw a similar card made by Angie Juda, a fellow demonstrator.  I used my markers to "watercolor" my image.  I used my Baja Breeze seam binding and some DSP leftover from Sale-a-Bration.  I love the colors and chose them using the help of my trusty Color Coach.  To add a little something I sponged around the edge of the entire card in Baja Breeze.  It really adds another element to the card.  I will be using that idea more often.

Paisley Petals Candle

Here is another fun project I made while the kids and I were riding out tornado warnings in the basement where my stamp studio happens to be.  They were coloring in the classroom and I was stamping.  This is a very inexpensive candle that has been given a face lift. This is using the Four Frames stamp set and Paisley Petals DSP that you can purchase this month only.

Altered Clipboards

I picked these clipboards up very inexpensively and covered them with the Paisley Petals designer paper that you can order this month as a sneak peek promotion when you spend $20.  Check out details HERE.  I used the Anywhere glue stick to attach the DSP and sponged around the edges.  I added Early Espresso Satin ribbon to the clip and I used Sticky Strip to attach the DSP to the jr. legal pads.  This would make a great teacher gift.  I just can't get over how BEAUTIFUL this paper is.  I LOVE it!

A Gift for my Sister

I shared with you some of my visit to my sister's house but I wanted to share a gift I took her.  I love these magazine files for card sets that I have seen all over the Internet but I am too cheap to buy a tutorial.  I am one of those people who decides I want to figure out how to make it and design my own.  Here is what I came up with.  I also made her some matching monogram cards that I CASED from Rene who CASED it somewhere else.  I LOVE them!  I am offering a class on April 26th for the magazine file and 4 cards.  The cost is $20 and includes the Tombow multipurpose glue needed to put it all together.  I will also be sharing my personal tutorial on it.  If you want to sign up for this class let me know soon so I can make sure I prepare for you.

A very special Birthday

I know I am late in posting today but I had to share.  My daughter turned 5 today!  I can't believe we have a 5 year old in the house!  She had a very special birthday party with her friends today and tomorrow we will celebrate with just family when it is not as crazy around here.  She wanted a My Little Pony party today so I had to use the Pony Party stamp set.  Here is her invitation.

Lorin can spend hours coloring now and she wanted to color in Mommy's Stamp Studio for her party.  Well, I could make that happen.  I made favors using the skinny tins you can buy at my online store in the clearance rack section.  They colored a pre-stamped piece of card stock and then I adhered it to the tin.  The tin held crayons for each of them.
