Have a Ball Valentine!

These are the Valentine's my son Andrew and I made for his class.  We wanted to do something a little more "boyish".  We used our 3x5 cello bags and the Top Note die for the Big Shot to finish off the project.

Valentines: Crayon style

I am sure many of you can relate to my LOVE of Pinterest.  These were the Valentines that my daughter made for her classmates.  We used old crayons and melted them into a silicone heart mold.  The kids loved them.  You can see we cut Poppy Parade hearts using the Framelit Hearts from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  Lorin and I had so much fun making these.

I am Here!

No, I have not fallen off the face of the earth.  I also wanted to say I appreciate the emails I have gotten saying my blogging was missed.  I won't even tell you how crazy busy life has been but I have soooooooooo many projects to show you.  So let me get started.

I know Valentine's day is OVER but I have to show you what I did for my husband for the 14 days of February.  I know there are lots of pictures but I hope you enjoy them.  He enjoyed receiving them each day.

Hangin' in San Antonio with my "Gnomies"

Yes, you are seeing this correctly.  This is a picture of Ty Pennington from 17 stories up off our hotel balcony.  They were taping Extreme Home Makeover on the River Walk one night.  We also got to hear Lee Greenwood sing God Bless the USA as well.  We were up on the balcony enjoying the best seat in the house and singing along with him.  What a great memory.
The River Walk all lit up.

 Visiting the Alamo.

My "gnomies" in our beautiful shirts that Rene made us.

The River Walk before it got dark.

Not only did I enjoy time at Leadership but I got to see and enjoy the Alamo, The River walk, Ty Pennington and Lee Greenwood, and wonderful times with my roomies.

Manager's Reception

Shelli got the performance started with the gong.

For Manager's Reception we were treated to a performance by Chinese acrobats!  It was an amazing and nerve wreaking performance.  It was just mesmerizing to see what they would do next.
