Stencil Thank You

Today I am on my way to Europe with my husband for "work".  I like this kind of work.  We are traveling with a tour and I made these thank you cards to hand out as I may need them.  He is a choral director so I buy and keep any music stamps.  I used a retired background set, Musical Score, Thank you Kindly stamp set and our Elegant Trio Stencils for the main image.  I love how they turned out all in Basic Black ink.

Antique Brad Flip Flops

One of my club girls, Rita, came to club in these great flip flops.  Do you recognize the decoration?  That is right!  She just added an antique brad to some cheap flip flops!!  She was inspired by some name brand shoes she saw.  I LOVE the idea.  They looked great!  Thanks for letting me share Rita.

Double Embossing

This were the cards I made for my top 3 in sales for May.  I double embossed them.  I love the look.  I stamped first then embossed with the square lattice embossing folder.  Then I ran it through the Big shot using the Framed Tulips embossing folder.  Great texture!

Just Believe

These are the cards I made for my top 3 in sales for the month of  April.  Better to be late than never.  I am happy to say I am up to date and have even sent out the cards for my top 3 in May as well.

TIP:  To color my flowers, I just used my Regal Rose stamp pad and "stamped" it on my punched flowers until they were how I liked them.  This is called direct to paper technique.

Family Portrait

I never know the best way to take pictures of my 12x12 pages.  This are pictures from 2008.  I know, don't judge me.  I am getting some done.  The 6x6 page on the first page is what we did at a make and take at a workshop I had last night.  I like to build the page so everyone can see ways to use it.  Take a look because this uses a multitude of retiring items like ribbon, DSP, and a punch.

Doing something fun

I thought I would do something a little fun and I added a countdown calendar to my right sidebar.  We are counting down to July 1st!!!  The release of the NEW Stampin' Up! 2011-2012 Idea book and catalog!!!!  WooHoo!!

I have some pictures ready to post, I just need to sit down and do it.  I will try to do that today.  Check back tomorrow for some new ideas.

Progressive Beach Scrapbook Page

This is 1/2 of a layout I did for a scrapbooking class.  I used a Jumbo wheel in Chocolate Chip and colored in with the Baja Breeze marker.  I stamped paper daisies and added a brad.  To add that little extra I used Crochet Trim and an Antique Brad (love those!).
