UDI Inspiration Challenge #103

For this UDI inspiration challenge I made a card for one of my downline that just promoted.  What is more fitting than Stampin' Up!'s statement of the heart?  I used my new color coach for my color combination of Crumb Cake, Not Quite Navy and Riding Hood Red.  I used my markers for the stamp to highlight important words.  Be sure to check out what the other UDI team members came up with this week.
