Santa Lollipop

I saw a similar idea with a Halloween theme on Becky Robert's blog a while back.  We made these at my group meeting this past weekend.  We used retired fabric that you can get on the clearance rack for $.99 and recycled old brad and accessory containers.  This is a great little gift package or you can add candy.  Who would not want to receive this?
