Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge #159

I LOVE these Stamping 411 sketch challenges because they are simple but give you tons of inspiration!  July is the month of anniversaries in our family.  My sister and her husband just celebrated their 8th anniversary on the 6th.  We will see them in August on vacation and I said they would get their card then.  I had one made already but when I continued with this sketch I ended up making a different one that I like even better.  Their last name begins with a "G" and the hearts represent the 8 years of marriage.  I used a patchwork idea on the background strip and then ran it through the Big Shot to emboss it with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.  I used the new color coach to come up with my color combination knowing that pink needed to be a color because it is my sister's favorite.  Thanks for the sketch that helped spark my creativity.

Keep Stamping,
