This is a great UDI inspiration picture. Now that Thanksgiving is over we are all about Christmas at our house. We have our tree up and I love the colors of the candy canes. This post is also a club project/spoiler for this month. I got the idea and measurements for this project from a new friend, Connie Stewart. She is a fellow Stamping Sister and we met on our Founder's Circle trip and hit it off. I loved the idea of her swap and knew I would be duplicating the idea. We are now big on gift cards in our family. It is easy to travel with it and that special recipient can get whatever he/she wants. Now you have a fancy way to package it. I hope you enjoy it. Be sure to check out what the other talented UDI team members came up with this week.
Measurements: (I used the slightly different measurements from Patty Bennett)
Solid Card Stock Color
- 10" x 3 1/4" - Score at 4" and 8"
- Outside "pocket" 7 1/2" x 3 1/2" - Score at 7" and 3 1/2"
Keep Stamping,
What a cute card! Love that stripe DSP. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteKaty, what a great take on the inspiration photo! I just love that DSP, and I cased these gift card holders from Patty Bennett as well. One of the things I love most about the stamping community is everyone's willingness to share ideas.
ReplyDeleteKaty this is adorable!!! Thanks for the directions too!!
