I had a lot of fun this week on the UDI inspiration challenge. This one came to me as I went to sleep one night. I took a 12x12 sheet of Chocolate Chip card stock and scored it at 4" and 8" on both sides. Then I scored each corner box in the middle at a diagonal. It folds up very neatly and would make a great gift for someone to add pictures to it of a party. You can make it appropriate for any occasion depending on stamps and colors you choose to use. I made the lid out of Old Olive and added some Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon. I was so excited to use my Brights collection of DSP as well as my Celebrations Quick Accents. It came together really quickly. Using my Big Shot I cut out the H and B with my Serif Essentials alphabet dies. I added a little more color by adding a button with a bow tied using the linen thread and attached with a glue dot. I hope this inspires you to come up with a great project. I would love to see what you come up with. Be sure to check out what the other talented UDI team members came up with this week.
